本剧讲述了每99年就来人间给人类下天罚的死神顶斗（金正贤饰）和将自己当作仆人一样使唤的拥有神秘能力的女医生韩季节（林秀香饰）相遇后作为出诊医生工作时发生的奇幻爱情故事。。Now Rita is no longer bound by state school rules and bureaucracy, so she can design her very own school from scratch and finally shape it to her own ideals. But it is not as easy as it sounds, and sparks soon begin to fly as she begins to work alongside Hjørdis。
