韩金珠自认为是个非常理智的酒鬼，却被诊断出患有酒精依赖症，最终决定戒酒。在她决定戒酒的过程中，她遇到了徐义俊，她的高中好友，却突然变得冷酷无情。义俊对金珠的酗酒问题毫无同情心，这促使她开始探究他究竟发生了什么。。在众多的“吸血鬼"电影版本中，由约翰．巴德姆执导的本片知名度较低，但男主角法兰克．兰吉拉成功地创造了一个气质高贵的绅士型吸血鬼形象。讲述嗜血的卓古拉伯爵离开他的古堡，跑到现代的伦敦都市去追寻新的猎物，因而经历到不少有趣的遭遇。论编导上的表现本片只算中规中矩，但搭配演出的资深演员劳伦斯．奥利弗和唐纳德．普莱森斯都较有看头。。Two places are in focus in this soap.
