本剧以中华武术进军2008年奥运会为背景，讲述狗娃、大乖、豆豆和贾虎等人入选集训队之后发生的故事。 集训队的20名队员来自全国各地，他们当中的郭大鹏、梅妞妞、叶子和秀才等都曾获过少年武术比赛的冠军，可谓是高手如林。狗娃等人报到的第一天，便与戏弄他们的郭大鹏发生了冲突，两人从此开始暗中较劲。 华勇是位金牌教练。狗娃与爷爷的一张合影照片，让华勇回想起十六前的一段经历。当年他与郭大鹏的父亲同去梁山，拜狗娃的爷爷为师修炼武艺，一场突如其来的大火烧毁了师傅居住的房舍，师傅家传的《燕青拳谱》也不翼而飞。狗娃的爷爷认为是爱徒华勇所为，由此大病一场，隐居深山杜门谢客。狗娃对此一无所知，但他却从队友那里听到一个消息：华勇和郭大鹏的父亲是师兄弟。尤其令狗娃等人感到郁闷的是，华勇安排其他队员练套路，而唯独让他们从基本功开始联起。 狗娃等人出言桀骛不驯的个性很让爷爷担心。胖...。Single men and women dating in pods where they hear but can't see each other.
