高中女生五岛桐绘（初音映莉子 饰）生活在一个安宁祥和的小镇——黑涡镇，但是，这里的气氛却逐渐变得诡异起来。父亲敏夫（大杉漣 饰）着迷于带有螺旋图纹的东西，男友齐藤秀一（フィーファン 饰）则对漩涡图案甚为恐惧；同班同学的样子越变越怪，最终变成了湿漉漉的蜗牛；母亲雪枝（高橋惠子 饰）恐惧螺旋图案，不惜毁坏自己的身体……
