《假面骑士平成世代FOREVER》是一部穿越时空的战斗，在常磐庄吾与桐生战兔的世界里发生了异变，就像被替换成别人一般、同伴们的记忆一个接一个地失去了。接着在他们面前，Super Time Jaker·Tid现身了，在守护少年幸吾的战斗中，庄吾遇见了一位喜欢假面骑士的青年·充（Ataru）。
