故事发生在群雄争霸的战国时代，魏国聂政（王羽 饰）自幼习武，功夫了得，师仇已报之后，聂政隐姓埋名，定居齐国，成为了一名屠户。客卿严遂（田丰 饰）前往齐国找到聂政，两人均为侠肝义胆，趣味相投，结为兄弟。
